I create bespoke online transformation programs integrating 3 main elements; mindset, fitness and nutrition. I do this by creating 100% custom training and meal plans, offering unlimited 24/7 support via an exclusive members training app. The program includes weekly check-ins, accountability sessions and progression every two weeks.
HOW IT WORKS
This is an informal chat where I find a bit more about you; your current lifestyle, your goals, priorities, likes and dislikes. This is an opportunity for me to share with you more about me as a coach, my values and style. If you and I agree that we are the perfect team to work together towards your goals then we will discuss the next steps to start your program.
After your consultation, I will have a better understanding of your lifestyle and goals and I will design your program that would be ready 24 hours after.
WORKOUTS & MEAL PLAN
All workouts will be scheduled according to your availability 24 hours after your consultation. You will be able to follow your workouts, meal plan, habits tracking, track your progress and keep constant communication with me through the training app from any mobile device.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS AND ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS
An informal chat where you and I review your previous week and make commitments for the following week. We discuss how to improve and progress making sure your program is always as effective and efficient as possible.
Making A Positive Impact On People's Lives
I'm a certified Personal Trainer, member of Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's) based in the UK who specializes in online and 1 on 1 transformation programs. I was a skinny boy with very low confidence; at the age of 15 I asked my doctor if he could advise any medication to gain weight and he suggested me to practice sports. I followed his advice and started in gymnastics untill the age of 19 and then moved to bodybuilding. My body changed dramatically and became a confident and happy young man with a profound love for fitness and wellbeing.
After graduating from school, I went to university and completed a Sports degree and another in Business Management and in 2009 moved to the U.K to complete an MBA in Marketing but I fell in love with London, and now call it my home.
My biggest passion is working with individuals at various stages of their fitness journey, following their progress to better health, more confidence and achieving their goals.
My background in gymnastics has taught me discipline and to always strive for excellence which I carry forward to my work and all areas of my life.
