WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
I design bespoke training programs delivered on my members-only app. All training programs include meal plans, weekly check-ins and 24/7 support. I offer as well meal plan service and 1 on 1 coaching sessions by video call or in person.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
As soon as you get in touch, we will arrange your initial consultation. This is an informal conversation between you and I to know a bit more about you and your goals. After this, I will assess your current fitness level to make sure your program the best fit for you and with this information, I build your program and 24 hours after you will have access to it via the training app. I will get in touch before your first session to make sure all your questions and requirements are met. Your workouts will be arranged weekly depending on your availability.
HOW LONG IS THE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM?
The program length varies depending on the individual's goals and progression, the program is designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible. We offer a weekly recurring program with the option to cancel anytime. The program includes progression every two weeks and weekly catch-ups.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS WITH YOUR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM?
The program is designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible but that depends on the individual and their lifestyle. You can start feeling changes from the first week, results can be seen in as little as a month, however, 3 months is a more realistic timeframe and is how long most of our clients take to achieve their goals.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PROGRAM AFTER I JOIN?
24 hours. Sometimes, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take up to 3-4 days, but we will inform if that is the case.
CAN I DO YOUR ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM ANYWHERE?
Yes, one of the great things about our online training programs is that you can take your mobile device with you, log in to the training app anywhere you want with a wifi/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere in the world, at home, at a hotel, your local gym or outdoors.
Your program will be tailored not only taking into account your likes, dislikes, fitness goals, and fitness level but also your location, facilities and access to equipment. We believe exercise must be adaptable and convenient and Online Personal training is the best example of that.
WHAT IF I TRAVEL OFTEN?
Online Personal Training is ideal for people that travel or take a holiday. We can develop full bodyweight programs or build based on the equipment you have available. The same accountability, workout tracking, and coaching is all mobile and travels with you. Basically, we will be there to guide and motivate even if you are out of the country or on the move.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO I GET?
Once you sign up, I will be available via the training app 24/7 and will get back to you within 24 hours of your inquiry at the latest. You will have a weekly check-in and accountability call to review your week, make adjustments or progression to your training program, track your progress and to plan the following week.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT OR HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
One of the outstanding benefits of our service is the adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. We work with individuals that travel, have tight schedules or simply do not want to or can’t get to a gym membership. While gym memberships are very helpful to your program providing a wide range of equipment options, it is not necessary to see a degree of fitness success. Each program is based on what you have available. For clients with home gyms, we will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. We do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.
I’M A CLIENT, MAY I POST MY WORKOUT VIDEOS OR PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes. We encourage you to be active on our social media platforms and your own. Feel free to share your journey, workouts, meals, and results. We believe community is a key component to sustainable fitness lifestyles and do our best to foster a sense of connection.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS?
This is a great way to track your progress and not only that, it will motivate you when you see the progress made when you take the next photograph.
Only yourself and your trainer have access to this. We keep all photographs strictly confidential and take the privacy of our clients very seriously.
We may ask to use your before and after photos for my success portfolio, however, you have to agree fully to this otherwise they will remain private.
